TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Golfwise is referred to in these terms and conditions as “we”, “us” or “our”.

The information on this website is given in good faith and may be out of date or subject to revision or withdrawal at any time. We give no warranty as to its completeness or accuracy.

We assume no liability for any errors or omissions in the content on the website and for any loss, damage, cost or injury which you may suffer as a result of such inaccuracies.

Any order you place via this website for goods shall be construed as your offer to buy those goods.

 

AVAILABILITY

Please note that this website is not currently stock controlled.

All our products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be informed and offered an alternative of: (a) accepting late delivery; (b) a full refund; or (c) an offer to place an order for you from our suppliers, which is subject to the possibility of a price increase and time delay.

We will only accept your order once we have taken payment from you.

 

PRICES

We reserve the right to discontinue any item and to amend prices when necessary.

All prices are in pounds sterling inclusive of VAT where applicable but are exclusive of delivery costs.

 

DELIVERIES

We aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days of receiving the order and full payment. However, at times of exceptional demand, or for any other reason, delivery may be extended and we will inform you accordingly.

Deliveries are made by us, free of charge, within a 10 mile radius of the Golfwise shop at Post Office House, Crowborough Hill, Crowborough, East Sussex TN6 2EG (“Free Delivery Area”) on Tuesday and Friday each week (“Delivery Days”). If you select this option and do not live within the Free Delivery Area, we will contact you to confirm the additional cost on your order.

If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order to you within the Free Delivery Area on the Delivery Days, we will send your order to you by post, free of charge.

 

POSTAGE & PACKING

Orders of £50.00 and over: FREE OF CHARGE

Orders under £50.00 as follows:

England within Free Delivery Area: FREE OF CHARGE. England outside of Free Delivery Area and Wales: £6.50 Scottish Mainland: £7.50

Overseas: On request

We reserve the right to amend postage and packing prices at any time and without notice.

 

DAMAGED OR UNDELIVERED GOODS

Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery before signing acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival, please specify against your signature and inform us immediately or within 3 working days, otherwise any claim will not be entered into.

If it is proven that the error has occurred due to an act or omission by us, we will arrange for collection of the goods and delivery to you of your original order. However, if the error has occurred as a result of an act or omission by you, then it will be your responsibility to return the goods in their original packaging at your own cost.

Please note that it is your responsibility to return the goods safely to us and in the event that goods are lost or damaged in transit, you shall assume full liability for the cost of such goods.

 

RETURNED GOODS

A full refund, less postage and packing, will be given on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 7 working days. Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 7 working days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns of goods which have had the original packaging and labels removed, undergarments or goods which have been used.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate detailing proof of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office or that you send your goods back by recorded delivery or a secure delivery method which requires a signature on delivery. We are unable to compensate for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please include with the goods a copy of your invoice, cancellation notice or a written note of your name, address, e-mail address, order number and reason for return.

Please note that when posting return goods from outside the UK, you are responsible for paying any customs levies or duties on those goods payable either on exit from your country or on entry to the UK. If the goods are kept in customs, we will not have received them so you will not be entitled to any refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to charge you our costs for posting the exchange goods to you. You should provide written authority for us to take the money from your card account. Where the goods are returned to us as undelivered by your postal service and we agree to re-send them to you, you will pay the additional postage costs.

Where goods are returned in a damaged, worn or soiled condition, which indicates that theyhave been used, we will consider you to be in breach of your legal duty to take reasonable careof the goods and reserve the right to recover appropriate sums from you.

We will notify the Police where there is any attempt at fraud or dishonesty and will actively pursue all such cases through the courts. We will also fight any fraudulent claim-backs made through your credit card company.

If you do not comply with your obligations above, we may make a reasonable charge to cover any costs that we incur.

We reserve the right to amend our returns policy without notice.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Please note that no statutory cancellation rights apply to goods that have been made specifically to your requirements, design or measurements and therefore such items are non-returnable. We are happy to help and advise, although we cannot be held responsible for the decision you make when choosing a size of garment.

Please note that following cancellation, you are under a legal duty to take care of and not use the goods. This includes all packaging and labels.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
